The victim may have been wearing an article of clothing with a bow on it, prompting the female suspect to show her a tattoo of a bow she has on her back, an officer at a 72nd Precinct NCO meeting said Tuesday night.

While the woman spoke with the victim from the passenger seat of the car, the male suspect got out of the vehicle, grabbed the victim by the arm, and attempted to coax her into the car. The victim was able to break free and get away.

This incident occurred just around the corner from MS 88 located at 544 7th Avenue.

Police describe the two suspects as follows:

Suspect 1:Asian female, approximately 30- to 40-years-old, 5′ 4″, 140 pounds, with short dark hair and a tattoo of a bow on her back.

Suspect 2: White male, approximately 35- to 45-years-old, 5′ 7″, 180 to 200 pounds with a heavy accent.
