Cops Searching For Two Suspects Who Slashed And Robbed Man In Cypress Hills

CYPRESS HILLS – The NYPD is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the two men seen in the photos and video below in connection to a robbery earlier this month.

At approximately 4:10am on Saturday, November 18, police say the two suspects approached a 46-year-old man on Elton Street between Atlantic Avenue and Fulton Street, displayed a knife, and demanded his wallet. One of the suspects slashed the victim on his left hand and grabbed his wallet. The second suspect then knocked the man down to the ground. The robbers took off in an unknown direction.

The victim was taken to Brookdale Hospital with cuts on his hand and head. He was listed in serious but stable condition.

Police describe the two suspects as follows:

Suspect 1 – Hispanic male, approximately in his 20s. He was last seen wearing a black and blue sweater, black pants, and orange or red sneakers.

Suspect 2 – Hispanic male, approximately in his 20s. He was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweater, blue jeans, and orange or red sneakers.
