Confusing Weekday Changes on the Subway

The sign above is posted at the Church Ave station–but read it and see how it’s trying to pull you in two directions. According to the MTA website, Manhattan-bound B trains are indeed running local from Sheepshead Bay to Prospect Park Mondays through Thursdays from 10am to 3pm until June 7.

The site doesn’t mention B trains running local in the other direction, but they must be, since Coney Island-bound Q trains are running express from Prospect Park to Sheepshead Bay, only stoping at Church Ave, Newkirk Plaza, and Kings Hwy during that same period. The Manhattan-bound Q should also be running local.

Anyone riding the subway during the day finding the service to be as confusing as the signage?
