During Brooklyn Eats – the Brooklyn Chamber’s annual celebration of Brooklyn-made food and drink – patrons will have an opportunity to try some of the borough’s premier culinary products all under one roof. From chocolate to pickles and pita bread to pasta sauce, Brooklyn Eats is proof that the artisanal, small-batch manufacturing industry is alive and well. Each year, the Brooklyn Chamber gathers over 100 vendors along with local, national and international buyers to showcase some of the best that Brooklyn has to offer.

Starting as a restaurant show in 1998, Brooklyn Eats highlighted the finest eateries in the borough. Guests sampled dishes from cuisines found across various neighborhoods in Brooklyn, and were encouraged to then visit these local establishments. By 2013, Chamber President & CEO Carlo Scissura saw Brooklyn Eats as an opportunity to help the ever-growing food and beverage manufacturing industry.
