Clothing, Furniture, And More At Area Markets This Weekend

We couldn’t find any neighborhood stoop sales for this weekend (who can blame them…it’s frakking cold outside), but if you’re still on the lookout for a few great deals or original work from local artisans, we’ve got three craft and flea markets that are happening right here in our own backyard over the next couple of days.

Gallery La La’s Arts and Crafts Market
Where: 757 4th Avenue, between 25th and 26th Street
When: Saturday, October 26 and Sunday, October 27 from 11am to 7pm
What: This weekly arts and crafts market offers neighbors an opportunity to “buy your arts & crafts directly from the people who make them.” This weekend, look for some unique vintage clothing and shoes from the 90s.

South Slope Flea
Where: 4th Avenue and 20th Street
When: Saturday, October 26 and Sunday, October 27 from 9am to 6pm
What: As we mentioned earlier this week, a number of the P.S. 321 vendors have moved south and set up shop behind the Al-Noor School. If you’re searching for “vintage records, vintage jewelry, furniture, antique glass, china, and collectibles,” South Slope Flea is the place to be this weekend.

Maker’s Market at The Factory Floor
Where: Industry City, 241 37th Street, between 2nd and 3rd Avenue
When: Saturday, October 26 and Sunday, October 27 from 10am to 6pm
What: It’s the last weekend of the furniture Maker’s Market at Industry City’s Factory Floor, located in Sunset Park. Look for work from over 40 local furniture makers and designers, DJs, food trucks, and fun activities for the kids.
