Clinton Hill School Safety Agent Arrested For Assault

A 28-year-old off-duty school safety agent was arrested shortly after midnight early Saturday, March 28, for allegedly beating up another woman on a Clinton Hill sidewalk for something she supposedly wrote on Facebook.

According to police, Alexis Palmer and a friend confronted the victim near Putnam Avenue and Fulton Street at around 5:25pm on Friday evening, with Palmer reportedly screaming “I seen what you wrote on Facebook.”

The victim was taken to Brooklyn Hospital, where she received stitches to her left eye, which was cut and swollen from the assault.

Palmer’s friend is still being sought by police.
