City Parks Foundation Announces Free Spring Fitness Programs For Seniors

CONEY ISLAND/MARINE PARK/FORT GREENE – City Parks Foundation will offer free sports programs for seniors at neighborhood parks and recreation centers across the city from April through June. New Yorkers ages 60-years and up can enjoy yoga, tennis, and fitness walking sessions.

SENIOR FITNESS PROGRAMS (April 22 – June 14)

Tennis Lessons
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am – 12pm
Kaiser Park (between Neptune & Bayview Avenues), Coney Island
Meet at the tennis courts

Yoga
Mondays and Wednesdays, 9am – 10am
Marine Park (Avenue U & E 32nd Street)
Meet at the Nature Center

Yoga
Wednesdays and Fridays, 11am – 12pm
South Oxford Park (at Atlantic Avenue), Fort Greene
