Chocolatier Offers Grandmother’s House For Winning Chocolate Recipe
Dolce Vite owner Christina Summers, also known as Princess Chocolatto, is selling her late grandmother’s home in Maryland for $100 and a winning chocolate recipe.
Christina says her grandmother was an excellent cook and that they used to make all kinds of homemade chocolate desserts together. Her grandmother is the reason Christina started Dolce Vite Chocolatto and she wants the chocolate making to continue.
The house is 12 miles outside of Washington, DC in Temple Hills, Maryland. It was built in 1959, has a finished basement and 2 bathrooms, as well as a fireplace. It is estimated to be worth around $240,000.
So do you need a new house and happen to have a great chocolate recipe (extra points if you use Dolce Vite Chocolatto, of course)? Submit your recipe here by July 31 to enter.
