The former Lola Bklyn space is in good hands.

The popular eatery at 387 Myrtle Avenue closed its doors a few weeks ago and is being reborn tomorrow, September 10, as Anchor and Plow, a Mediterranean-inspired farm-to-sea-to-table restaurant helmed by Chez Oskar restauranteur and artist Charlotta Janssen.

“We saw the opportunity and necessity to cultivate and bring a full dining experience where herbivores, carnivores, pescatarians, and omnivores can sit down in a unique and shared connection of fresh refined and locally sourced wholesome fair,” said Team Anchor and Plow in a statement. “With Mediterranean flavors and spices in mind we wanted to bringing diverse palettes to the same table sharing charismatic cocktails and delicious wines.”

Joining Janssen is seasoned General Manager Monir Gamany and Executive Chef Lazlo Beregszaszi, who crafted a menu that features “unique specials and changing items” that also have “excellent presentation.” The cocktail menu will also continue the Mediterranean theme with regional spices and seasonings, and a small wine list has been curated to balance well with these flavors.

The interior has also been “reinvented” with new colors, hand-crafted tables, herbs in the garden, and farm and fishing tools on the walls — all designed by Janssen and Eva Marie Landsberry.

Anchor and Plow’s grand opening is for dinner at 5pm tomorrow, and will then be open daily for lunch, brunch, and dinner.
