Changes To Local Subway Lines This Weekend
F Train at 4th Avenue/9th Street


So we get the R tunnel back, and it seems like they really want to make the most of it — so this weekend, the N and Q are both using it, too. Plus, the F and G are skipping some local stops, as are the 2/3/4. Details on those issues and more via the MTA:

Flatbush Av-bound 2 trains and New Lots Av-bound 3 and 4 trains and skip Bergen St, Grand Army Plaza, and Eastern Pkwy
Weekends, 11:45pm Friday to 5am Monday, until October 20
For service to these stations, take the 2, 3, or 4 to Franklin Av and transfer to a Manhattan-bound 2, 3, or 4 local. For service from these stations, take the 2, 3, or 4 to Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr and transfer to a Brooklyn Av-bound 2, 3, or 4.
Coney Island-bound F trains and Church Av-bound G trains skip 4 Av-9 St, 15 St-Prospect Park, and Fort Hamilton Pkwy
Weekend, 11:45pm Friday to 5am Monday, September 19-22
For service to these stations, take the F or G to 7 Av or Church Av and transfer to a
Jamaica-bound F or Court Sq-bound G. For service from these stations, take the F or G to 7 Av or Smith-9 Sts and transfer to a Coney Island-bound F or Church Av-bound G.
Coney Island-bound F trains run express from Church Av to Avenue X
Weekend, 6:45am to 7pm, Saturday and Sunday, September 20-21
No Coney Island-bound service at Ditmas Av, Avenue I, Bay Pkwy, Avenue N, Avenue P, and Avenue U.
N trains run via the R in both directions between Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr and Canal St
Weekend, 12:01am Saturday to 5am Monday, September 20-22
Trains stop at DeKalb Av, Jay St-MetroTech, Court, Whitehall, Rector, Cortlandt Sts, and City Hall. Allow additional travel time.
Q trains run via the R in both directions between DeKalb Av and Canal St
Weekend, 12:01am Saturday to 5am Monday, September 20-22
Trains stop at Jay St-MetroTech, Court, Whitehall, Rector, Cortlandt Sts, and City Hall. Allow additional travel time.
Additionally, look out for changes further along the 4 and F lines.
