Caught: Two Suspects Who Tried To Rape Woman Near Prospect Park Arrested

Yesterday, two men were arrested and charged with the attempted rape of a 25-year-old woman near Prospect Park last Wednesday.

Ibrahima Diallo, a 24-year-old Bushwick resident and Boubacar Diallo, a 21-year-old Prospect-Lefferts Gardens resident, have been charged with attempted rape, assault, and sexual abuse, according to the NYPD’s 70th Precinct police report.

The accused men first approached their victim around Tennis Court and Ocean Avenue on May 25 at 2:15am, and then proceeded to chase her into residential buildings, where they tried to pull off her pants while punching her repeatedly, police said.
