Caring For Our Seniors: Upcoming Events In The Neighborhood
The pressures of medical bills, rent, and other expenses on our seniors can cause a great amount of stress — especially to those who live on a fixed income.
A series of upcoming events in our community are being offered by outreach organizations that focus on helping out and advising our seniors. Subjects include Medicare, caregiving, and issues involving rent.
Council Member Brad Lander has assembled a list of these upcoming events. If you know a family member or neighbor that you think would benefit from these services, please pass this information along.
