Burglars Steal $6,500 in Tools from Williamsburg Construction Site

WILLIAMSBURG – Police are searching for two men in connection with a construction site burglary that took place earlier this month.

Two men jumped the fence into a construction site at 642 Bedford Ave around 3:00am on August 15, according to police.

Once inside, the two suspects stole roughly $6,500 worth of construction equipment: two welders, a grinder, a sawzall, two drills and a magnetic drill press, said police.

Police described the suspects, seen in security footage above, as black men roughly 25 years old.
