BREAKING: Police-Involved Shooting On Avenue O

The NYPD is reporting that one person involved in robbery on Avenue O was shot by police this afternoon. Two other suspects involved in the robbery are still on the loose, police say.

The shooting occurred on Avenue O, near East 14th Street, according to authorities. Shots were fired after police arrived and one of suspects has been transported to Kings County Hospital and is not likely to die, the NYPD says.

None of the officers were injured during the exchange of gunfire, cops say.
