Blob on The Horizon for Sheepshead Bay?

There’s not much information given by Egozi-DaysWork blog author, Egozi, and the title of the picture doesn’t tell us much, either.

The pretty photo is identified as the Sheepshead Bay Horizon, but where on Sheepshead Bay can we find a baby pink and blue sky? Maybe, a better title would be Nuclear Sky of Sheepshead Bay.
