Bensonhurst Weekend Subway Alert – June 11-12

Bensonhurst Weekend Subway Alert is a weekly look at the diversions affecting travel on the D-, F-, and N-lines through Bensonhurst and the rest of Brooklyn on the way to Manhattan. For information on diversions on other lines or beyond Brooklyn, refer to mta.info or Subway Weekender. Information is provided by the MTA and is current at the time of publication, but is subject to change.

The subway disruptions for June 11-12 are pretty minor for the third straight week. I literally don’t remember a time when all three lines ran so smoothly for three weekends in a row.

Affected train	Weekend service disruption
	Normal service.
	Manhattan-bound F-trains skip Smith-9th Sts due to the Culver Viaduct Rehabilitation Project (all times until March 2012).
	Trains run local between 59th Street and DeKalb Avenue. Allow additional travel time. (Saturday only – until 10pm)
