McDonald Avenue
On Saturday, December 8 at about 3am, a 25-year-old man was approached by a group of men and shot in the groin while walking home on McDonald Ave near Avenue F, and though thankfully police say the injury was not lethal, the three suspects fled the scene westbound on Avenue
Chester Avenue
Firetrucks, emergency vehicles, and the neighbors were out in force yesterday afternoon as firemen squelched a one-room fire on Chester Avenue’s west side, near 12th Avenue. No one was injured, the fireman said.
