Woman Dragged Between Two Cars in an Attempted Rape in Bensonhurst

BENSONHURST — Cops are looking for the man who dragged a woman between two cars and attempted to rape her.

On Thursday, November 28 at around 4:50 a.m., a 48-year-old woman was walking toward the subway station near 20th Avenue and 65th Street. As she was doing so, a man grabbed her by the neck and dragged her in between two parked cars. According to the cops, the man forced himself on to the woman, but she screamed for help.

At that point, the man fled eastbound on 66th Street toward 21st Avenue. The woman was taken to the hospital where she was treated for a hand injury and bruising and pain to the neck.
