Applications for Affordable Rental Units at 38 Sixth at Pacific Park Now Available

More affordable units are coming on the market as new construction gets completed. Applications are currently being accepted for studio apartments to 1,2,3-bedrooms at 38 Sixth at Pacific Park located in Prospect Heights.

Applicants’ annual household incomes should fall within $20,126 – $173, 415. Hurry, the deadline for applications is March 14, 2017.

38 6th: This 23 story, LEED Silver certified building has 303 apartments set aside for low, moderate, and middle-income New Yorkers. Preference for these units will be given to residents already living in the area surrounding Pacific Park (around Barclays). Here’s how to apply.
