Looking for a new companion? My name is Namiah! I’m a chunky, cookies and cream Pitbull mix. I’m looking for a foster or forever home.

Sean Casey says:

Hi my name is Namiah! I’m a chunky, cookies and cream Pitbull mix. I was rescued from ACC where they were going to euthanize me! I’m very happy I was rescued, but I have been waiting for my forever home for a very long time. I’m such a good girl when I go out on walks, I’ll walk right next to you and won’t pull at all. I’m very polite and gentle and I will patiently wait for treats (no snatching, I’m a lady!). I know some basic commands, but I’d love to learn more in a forever home. I’m very friendly with people, but four-legged animals get me excited sometimes, so I’d love to have the house all to myself! I love having my belly rubbed and I’d love nothing more than to spend my nights snuggled with you.
Namiah is available to adopt or foster.

You can arrange to meet Namiah at the Sean Casey Animal Shelter, located at 153 E 3rd Street, between Fort Hamilton Parkway and Caton Avenue — a quick trip on the F/G to Fort Hamilton Parkway — open daily from 11am to 7pm. For more info, call 347-599-1500. You can also email them at foster@nyanimalrescue.org.
