A Look At New Neighbor Chloë Sevigny’s Sweet Prospect Park West Pad

Want a pretty big sign that Brooklyn, and specifically Park Slope, is becoming more and more of a choice place to buy real estate than Manhattan? Chloë Sevigny — known throughout her acting career as an East Village local — has ditched her Manhattan abode to purchase a $2.05 million, 3-bedroom co-op in the neighborhood, according to public records.

There’d been some indication that she was on her way here in the fall, when she mentioned the new place in a Town and Country interview. Curbed commenters guessed the location correctly, which has now been confirmed as a unit in 9 Prospect Park West, which was listed by Douglass Elliman. Check out the pictures and compare it to the old place, and you can kind of see what attracted her to it, as they share a pretty similar aesthetic.

If you’re looking to see more of our new neighbor, but don’t want to have to wait to run into her at the Coop, A&E recently released a teaser for her new series, Those Who Kill, which is set to debut next year.
