9th Street’s Mini Hair Village Spa For Sale

If you’ve ever dreamed of owning your own beauty salon, Mini Hair Village Spa, located on the corner of 9th Street and 7th Avenue, is on the market for $119,000.

The salon, which opened in the summer of 2011 (reportedly with annoying LED signs), comes complete with 4 manicure/pedicure chairs, and 9 hair dresser stations. According to the listing from Fillmore Real Estate, the rent is $4,300 per month with an annual increase of 3%, and there are 7 years remaining on the lease.

Mini Hair Village Spa has two other locations, both in Queens, and opened their flagship salon 15 years ago.
