88th Precinct Crime Statistics: Week Of September 7-13

Compared to the first week of September, reported crime fell in the following categories:

  • rapes (from 1 to 0)
  • housing (from 3 to 2)
  • misdemeanor assault (from 7 to 1)
  • misdemeanor sex crimes (from 1 to 0)

Meanwhile, crime rose in these categories:

  • robberies (from 2 to 3)
  • burglaries (from 3 to 4)
  • grand larcenies (from 5 to 7)
  • transit (from 0 to 2)
  • petit larcenies (from 9 to 11)

And these stayed the same:

  • felony assaults (3)
  • grand larceny auto (1)
  • shootings (0)

The next 88th Precinct Community Council meeting will be Tuesday, October 20.
