The real estate development firm purchased the 50,000-square-foot property, a former dormitory for students of the Art Institute, earlier this year for $30 million.

The development, which is one of the tallest in Brooklyn Heights, will feature 22 apartments spanning 29 floors, including 21 full-floor, two- to four-bedroom units and a duplex penthouse. The residences will range from approximately 1,700 square feet to more than 3,400 square feet and feature direct elevator access and outdoor space. Several of the units will boast panoramic views.

CetraRuddy will design the property’s interiors while HTO Architects will oversee the renovation of the building’s façade. Sales are slated to kick off in Spring/Summer 2018.

67 Livingston Street was previously owned by the Jehovah’s Witnesses who sold the property to Glory Capital in 2007 for $18.6 million.
