Which Local Buildings Are on the Worst Landlord Watch List

Public Advocate Bill de Balsio just released an updated Worst Landlord Watch List. There are currently 330 landlords and 360 buildings on the list, which tracks complaints and violations that go through the Department of Housing Preservation and Development:

For a landlord to be added to the Watch List, they must own a building with fewer than 35 units with an average of at least three open, serious violations (B and C violations) per unit. Larger buildings must have an average of at least two open, serious violations (B and C violations) per unit.

B violations include things like inadequate lighting and vermin infestations, while C violations include lack of heat or hot water, and more.
