The ground floor retail space in the relatively new building at 546 4th Avenue, on the corner of 15h Street, is up for grabs, and we’re curious what you think might work in that space.

The 1,640-square-foot space is available for $7,850 per month, and the listing says it’s “perfect for most wet and dry uses,” noting the landlord is willing to do a bit of work to allow for a kitchen.

The space was first advertised for lease well before the building was complete, back in 2013, but looks like nobody nabbed it.

In addition to the ever-growing number of condos, including across 4th at the old Strauss Auto lot and across 15th at the former grocery store, this stretch of 4th Avenue (between 14th and 16th Streets) is home to Reyes Deli (try their tacos), EZ Laundry, and just a handful of other businesses. What do you think is missing?
