Welcome To The World, Alexina Rose Levit!

We’d like to wish a hearty congratulations to Park Slope Stoop’s inimitable editor Donny Levit on the birth of his baby daughter and newest Corner Media family member Alexina Rose.

Donny and his wife Nicole welcomed their second child (they are already parents to 2-year-old Jack) on Thursday, April 14, at 9:10pm. Alexina was born a healthy 7 pounds, 2 ounces, and measured 19.5 inches.

Thanks for all the good wishes from the Park Slope community that we’ve received. Nicole and Alexina are happy, healthy, and sleepy. Jack is busy figuring out his big brother role. I have a series of interviews with exciting folks which will have to keep for a little while longer. Warm wishes from the Levits to our readers.

Since Donny will be taking a break from The Stoop for the next week or so, we will do our best to pick up the slack, and keep you up-to-date on the most important going ons in Park Slope, South Slope, Gowanus, and beyond.
