This Week’s B, Q & F Subway Changes

Happy Monday! Once again, the Manhattan-bound B will be running local and the Coney Island-bound Q will be running express in our neck of the woods from Wednesday through Friday. The F train will also have a bit of wonkiness. Details via the MTA:

Starting Wednesday:

Manhattan-bound B trains run local from Sheepshead Bay to Prospect Park
Days, 9:45am to 3pm, Wednesday to Friday, November 5-7
Coney Island-bound Q trains run express from Prospect Park to Sheepshead Bay
Days, 9:45am to 3pm, Wednesday to Friday, November 5-7
Trains stop at Church Avenue, Newkirk Plaza, and Kings Highway. For service to Parkside Avenue, Beverley Road, Cortelyou Road, Avenue H, Avenue J, Avenue M, Avenue U, and Neck Road, take the Q to Church Avenue, Newkirk Plaza, Kings Highway, or Sheepshead Bay and transfer to a Manhattan-bound B or Q. For service from these stations, take the B or Q to Kings Highway, Newkirk Plaza, Church Avenue, or Prospect Park and transfer to a Coney Island-bound Q.
F trains run every 20  minutes between Avenue X and Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue; trains from Manhattan skip Avenue U
Days, 10:30am to 3pm, Wednesday to Friday, until November 7.
Service operates in two sections: one, between 179 Street and Avenue X and two, between Avenue X and Stillwell Avenue. Transfer at Avenue X to continue your trip. For service to Avenue U, take the F to Avenue X, where it will become a Jamaica-bound F. For service from this station, take the F to Kings Highway and transfer to an Avenue X-bound F.
