Weekend Stoop Sales: Saturday, August 9
Looking to do a little bargain hunting this weekend? A few neighbors are hosting stoop sales, so if you’re out and about, you may want to scope out some new-to-you stuff. Here’s where you should be if you’re hoping to find a deal:
Where: 578 11th Street, between 8th Ave & PPW
When: Saturday, August 9, starts 8:45am
What: You need furniture for storing all your stoop sale finds? They’ve got it — a couple bookcases, some shelves, night stands, and more. Plus look out for an air conditioner, a bike “for a tall guy,” women’s clothing, books, jewelry, and more.
Where: 94 15th Street, between 3rd & 4th Aves
When: Saturday, August 9, 11am-5pm
What: Two couples are joining forces to sell items with “a lot of character,” including a vintage guitar amp, surfboards, music equipment like guitars and pedals, clothing and shoes for men and women, kids toys, art, and more.
