Weekend Stoop Sales: May 23-25

Weekend Stoop Sales: May 23-25
Stoop Sale Chalk Sign

Looking to do a little bargain hunting this weekend? Despite the holiday (or, in one case, because of it), folks are hosting stoop sales in the area, so if you’re out and about, you may want to scope out some new-to-you stuff. See below for where you should be if you’re hoping to find a deal.

And if you’re hosting one of your own soon, be sure to post it on our calendar!

Where: Terrace Place between 19th & 20th Streets
When: Saturday, May 23, 9am-1pm
What: There are two multi-family sales that look like they’ll be worth a little walk over to Windsor Terrace this Saturday. This is the first to start, promising deals on everything from a gramophone to an Aero bed to an “old industrial coffee grinder,” plus the usual stuff: dishes, Pyrex bowls, books, CDs, some furniture, and more.

Where: 651 Vanderbilt Street between PPSW & Prospect Avenue
When: Saturday, May 23, 10am-4pm (raindate Sunday, May 24)
What: If you still can carry anything after stopping by the one above, swing by this second multi-family sale, where they’ll be getting rid of furniture, clothes, CDs, records, books, kitchen stuff, electronics, and more.

Where: 3rd Avenue at 7th Street
When: Monday, May 25, 10am-2pm
What: Somebody’s moving, and they’re unloading some big stuff, like furniture, an air conditioner, and a washing machine, according to the pics in the listing. Plus, clothes and shoes!
