  1. The lady in the photo amazes me. I’ve been seeing her pushing herself around the neighborhood for more than 20 years. She’s out in all weather. She seems to know everyone in the neighborhood. Such a strong, independent person should be a role model for anyone who sees her. I’d love to hear her story.

  2. I hope you received her consent to use her image. Shame on you if you didn’t. I will be notifying her of it.

  3. She is a good and smart woman. She worked for many years. She chose to live a life on the street so she wouldn’t have to cough up all her social security to pay rent. She is very strong. It bothers me that people photograph her and blast her image all over the internet like she is a circus freak.

    Legally, it is a candid shot taken on a public street. Her face is not visible. I don’t believe consent is required from the subject.
