What: Maimonides Hospital’s annual “Celebration of Light”. Bringing together Catholic parishes around southern Brooklyn for over two decades and helping the Pastors pay for the cost of Christmas lighting at their churches.

What: Introducing Qigong: The Concept and practice. The word Qigong is made up of two Chinese words and means cultivating energy. It is a system practiced for health maintenance, healing and increasing vitality. All Qigong styles involve a posture, breathing techniques, and mental focus.
