Applications have been filed by an anonymous Brooklyn-based company to build a seven-story mixed-used commercial building at 2916 Shell Road in the Coney Island/West Brighton area, according to New York Yimby.

The first five floors will be used as a warehouse commercial space, totaling 8,919 square feet. The remaining top two floors will be used for medical offices, totaling 2,350 square feet.

Demolition permits for the house that is currently occupying the property were filed in June.

Yevgeniy Rybak’s Brooklyn-based Rybak Architects, the company behind the condominium tower being built on Emmons Avenue, is the architect for this development.

This property is a block away from the Neptune Avenue stop on the F train.
