Transformer Fire In Manhattan Beach Over The Weekend

Fire department officials stated that there was a transformer fire in Manhattan Beach on Saturday in the vicinity of 235 West End Avenue between the Esplanade and Oriental Boulevard.

Officials aren’t sure exactly where the fire started, but it spread to a nearby garage. Firefighters came out to battle the blaze and, luckily, no injuries were reported.

Investigators are looking into the cause of the fire and, thus far, no comments have been made. They have stated that they don’t believe it to be related to Saturday’s severe rainstorm, according to NBC New York.
