In Park Slope, 4,058 residential properties were transactioned since 2003, with a median sale price of $665,000. Point2 Homes and its sister company PropertyShark have analyzed those sales and came up with a top 5 of the priciest residential properties in the last 10 years. None of these 5 sales happened in 2013. Here they are:

#1: 17 Prospect Park West
Sitting comfortably at the top of the list is Jennifer Connelly and Paul Bettany‘s former mansion (pictured above), which sold on November 17, 2008 for $8,450,000. According to Curbed, it was bought by a Google engineer “wishing to raise his family outside Soho.”

#2: 45 Montgomery Place
Second in the list is this single-family home that sold on October 17, 2006 for $6,050,000. It underwent massive restorations and renovation work and is now on the market for $14 million.

#3: 646 2nd Street
Coming in third is this single-family home that sold on April 29, 2005 for $5,750,000 to novelists Jonathan Safran Foer and Nicole Krauss, who recently put it back on on the market for a whopping $14.5 million.

#4: 19 Montgomery Place
The single-family home at number 4 on the list, is the most recent sale in the top 5: It sold on June 5, 2012 for $5,203,550, above its original asking price.

#5: 35 Prospect Park West #PHD
Completing the top 5 is the penthouse duplex unit in this co-op that sold on August 4, 2008 for $5,100,000.
