Toddler And Elderly Woman Were Victims Of Nostrand Avenue Hit-And-Run

Police have released more details of the September 17 hit-and-run we reported on Tuesday, revealing that the victims were a 2-year-old boy and a 70-year-old woman.

According to cops, the two pedestrians were hit while at a bus stop. The car, a blue Infiniti SUV with unknown plates, blasted through a red light at Nostrand Avenue and Kings Highway at approximately 4:15pm. The driver struck them and fled the scene.

The victims were taken to Kings County Hospital, where they were listed in stable condition.

Cops have also pulled surveillance video of the intersection, which appears to show the vehicle making a turn onto Kings Highway at a high speed and leaving the scene.
