The above photograph from the Brooklyn Public Library shows the construction of the Prospect Expressway, shot on December 30, 1953 from what looks like the top of The Grand Prospect Hall on Prospect Avenue, between 5th and 6th Avenues.
Its difficult to say for sure, but we can almost make out three markets where Lindos, Energy Fuel and Jubilat are today.
