This Week’s F & G Subway Changes

Happy Monday, fellow travelers! Make sure as you hop on the subway this week, you take note of the changes to the F and the G. Details via the MTA:

Starting Monday:

G trains run every 20 minutes
Late evenings, beginning 11 p.m., Monday through Thursday, until July 24

Starting Tuesday:

Manhattan-bound F trains make local stops at 65th Street, Northern Boulevard, 46th Street, Steinway Street, and 36th Street
Late nights, 12:01am to 5am, Tuesday through Friday, until July 11

Jamaica-bound F trains make local stops at 36th Street, Steinway Street, 46th Street, Northern Boulevard, and 65th Street
Late nights, 12:30am to 5am Tuesday through Friday, until July 18

F service operates in two sections
Late nights, 12:01am to 5am, Tuesday through Friday, until July 11
The first section is between 179th Street and Jay Street-MetroTech, and via the A to/from Hoyt-Schermerhorn. The second section is between Stillwell Avenue and Bergen Street, and via the G to/from Bedford-Nostrand Avenues.

Remember there can be unscheduled changes, so be sure to check out the MTA before embarking!
