This Week’s B & Q Train Service Changes
The Q and B trains have several changes coming your way, according to the MTA and Straphangers.org.
Changes on the Q:
• Diversion #1: Q service operates in two sections:
1. Between 57 St-7 Av and Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr.
2. Between Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr and Stillwell Av, every 30 minutes.
11:45 PM to 5 AM, Mon to Fri, Dec 17 – 21
• Diversion #2: Ditmars Blvd-bound trains skip Neck Rd and Avenue U.
9:45 AM to 3 PM, Wed to Fri, Dec 19 – 21
• Diversion #3: Coney Island-bound Q trains run express from Prospect Park to Sheepshead Bay.
9:45 AM to 3 PM, Thu and Fri, Dec 20 – 21
Changes on the B:
• Diversion #1: Brighton Beach-bound B trains run local from Prospect Park to Kings Hwy.
9:45 AM to 3 PM, Tue and Wed, Dec 18 – 20
• Diversion #2: 145 St-bound B trains run local from Sheepshead Bay to Prospect Park.
9:45 AM to 3 PM, Thu and Fri, Dec 20 – 21
