This Weekend’s Street Fairs Mean No Parking, Streets Closed, Buses Rerouted

It’s going to be a busy weekend in the neighborhood: Brooklyn Pride is on Saturday, June 14, and Seventh Heaven is on Sunday, June 15 (not to mention all the other fun stuff going on in the area).

The subway will be the way to travel if you’re coming or going — otherwise, watch out for no parking signs and the following road closures and changes to local bus routes:

Saturday, June 14

Brooklyn Pride
5th Avenue from Sterling Street to 9th Street will be closed from 10am-9:30pm.

B63: Rerouted at 5th Ave between 9th St and Flatbush Ave, will run via 4th Ave making corresponding stops in both directions from 8am-10pm.

B65: Eastbound buses rerouted at Dean St from 3rd Ave to 6th Ave, will run via Atlantic Ave making corresponding stops from 9am-8pm.

Sunday, June 15

Seventh Heaven
7th Avenue from Flatbush Avenue and 16th Street will be closed from 12-6pm.

B67 & B69: Rerouted at 7th Ave between Flatbush Ave and Prospect Ave, will run via 6th Ave making corresponding stops in both directions, Sunday, June 15 from 8am-9pm.
