The kitchen could use some cosmetic upgrades, but that nice big window is a good start, and the building has laundry facilities, storage, and a courtyard.

Details: Situated between Lewis Place and Matthews Court, this Victorian has a lot of space to offer, and looks like it’s had certain updates. We just wish we could get a look at the original floors, or maybe that the bathrooms (except that panda wall-papered one, hubba hubba) or kitchen cabinets were a little more modern. Our favorite thing we can see is that magnificent sunroom in the back, and if you’d prefer a house with carpet instead of wood flooring, this one might be your answer.
