At 102 years old, the house has a big, warm interior plus a garage with parking room for four cars if you have a fleet on standby.

415 Argyle Road  #3U is on the market at $249,000 as it has been for a month. It’s a 700 sq. ft. 1-bed, 1-bath in a building with shared outdoor space that is currently being renovated. Speaking of renovation, the kitchen is new and open.

34 Crooke Avenue #4C  is listed for $399,000. Just next to the park, the 1-bed 1-bath allows pets, has a health club and a garage.

  1. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that charging $100k more for a house half the size is probably not that wise.

  2. I assume that the lot is 5000 sf and there is an error in the listing. The house is probably 2600 -3000 sf of living space. . The prices seem in the ball park for 2012.
