We’ve rounded up some of the more interesting Ditmas Park open house listings for this weekend. Any thoughts on these places?

2117 Glenwood Road
List Price: $1,099,000
Size: Six bedrooms, three bathrooms
Details: From the few photos in the listing, this two-family (though it seems it’s currently used as a single-family, as we’re only seeing one kitchen on the floorplan) Victorian looks move-in ready, with handsome wood details and beautiful mantles all over the place. However, the listing specifies the home was only “partially renovated,” so maybe we’re not seeing the pricey, un-renovated bits, like a drop-ceiling kitchen and ’70s wallpapered bathrooms? Our favorite part of this house, though, isn’t anything inside, but its proximity to one of the coolest parrots’ nests around, right on that stretch of Glenwood — though you can see that without dropping a cool mil.
Open House: Sunday, December 13, 11:30am-1pm

1138 Ocean Avenue, #8G
List Price: $699,000, common charges $547
Size: Two bedrooms, one bathroom
Details: Oh, The Waterfalls, the gleaming condo that opened in 2011 that I’ve always been curious about — for anyone who lives there, is it all it’s cracked up to be, with the modern touches and amenities, or after a few years, are things starting to lose that initial sheen? This 1,160-square-foot (counting the spacious terrace) penthouse (which originally went for about $379k!) still looks like it’s got that new-building sparkle, but maybe not enough for some buyers — the unit has been on the market for a couple months, and the price just dropped $50k.
Open House: Sunday, December 13, 2:30-3:30pm

275 Webster Avenue, #3E
List Price: $450,000, maintenance $748
Size: Two bedrooms, one bathroom
Details: An interesting counterpoint to the listing above, this is another 2-bed, 1-bath, but in an older, co-op building that has gotten really popular in the past couple years with young couples and families — the bubble may have burst, though, since in 2014 2-bed units were going for around $250-280k, and now look at where we are. You’ll have to cross busy Coney Island Avenue or Ocean Parkway to reach subways or shopping, but this dog-friendly, 870-square-foot apartment could be worth it.
Open House: Sunday, December 13,12-1:30pm
