‘The Affair’ To Film In Park Slope On Tuesday

You’ll have to move your vehicles from 7th Avenue between Park and Sterling next week as The Affair will be filming on the block.

While that seems like a small shooting area for a Showtime production (unless we missed additional nearby signs), this would appear to be the new television series starring Dominic West (McNutty!), Ruth Wilson (Saving Mr. Banks, Luther), Joshua Jackson (Pacey!), and Maura Tierney (ER, NewsRadio).

Though the title spells out the main action, the teaser hints at something a bit more sinister in the plot. Entertainment Weekly explains how it will be formatted:

The first season will be told from the perspectives of both Alison and Noah, allowing viewers to see both sides of the story and the inconsistencies that come along with the two different tellings.

The show premiers October 19 at 10pm.
