Columbia University student journalist Ryan Maye Handy got in touch with us to show off a recent creation: an audio postcard from the 34th Annual Brighton Jubilee. As we reported in words and photos last week, the seaside market brought tens of thousands to Brighton Beach to enjoy the weather and shop, sometimes for some really weird stuff. Well, Handy caught the sounds of the event, and created a little guide to Brighton Beach culture. We’ve embedded the audio below.
