As are the polished tiles and sink in the bathroom. The bedroom looks roomy and the hardwood floors would certainly be a hit with George Costanza. The place also comes with a dishwasher, two skylights, and is blocks away from Coney Island Avenue’s commercial strip.

3BR at 3074 Avenue X
Available: Immediately
Price: $1,995
Size: Three bedrooms, two bathrooms
Details: Wow! This beautiful three bedroom apartment for under $2,000 almost makes me want to start a family. The space is enormous. Located in a two story town house with a porch, this place looks like there’s plenty of room for the kids. The pink tiles in one of the bathrooms aren’t really my style, but I dig the swans on the shower glass. The little window space between the kitchen and living room also looks pretty cool — like it would make for a fun way to pass drink to guests when hosting a party. The greatest drawback, however, is the location. It’s right across the street from the Nostrand Houses.
