Two men already wanted for kicking down an apartment door on Avenue U and stealing thousands of dollars in cash and goods struck again, joined by another perp, forcing their way into an apartment on Coney Island Avenue.

On January 14, just two days after the Avenue U burglary, the three men broke into a Coney Island Avenue apartment building through the front door. The 42-year-old woman who lives there was at work during the break-in, and the thieves swiped her Kindle Fire, jewelry and a leather jacket.

Cops pounded pavement, asking neighbors for surveillance footage. The found familiar faces in the video – the two men who busted down the Avenue U apartment door, wearing the exact same clothing. They were joined by a third man, wearing a short-brim fedora.

The first suspect is described as a white man, wearing a hat and gray jacket. The second is described as a white male in his 30s, wearing green pants and a brown hoodie. The third is described as white man, approximately 50 years old, wearing a tan jacket.
