Always wanted to try your hand at rowing in the Prospect Park Lake? In the coming months, the Prospect Park Alliance and the Village Community Boathouse are teaming up to make rowing accessible to all. From 12-4pm on the following Saturdays, rowing in the park is completely free:

June 14, 21, and 28
July 12, 19, and 26
August 2, 9, 16, and 23

And from 4-7pm on the following Thursdays:

September 11, 18, and 25

Boats are launched from the boat ramp on Well House Drive. Learn more about the volunteer-run, donation-based Village Community Boathouse and their rowing program here.
