Report a Road That Needs Resurfacing

With all the milling and paving going on in the area, you might be a little jealous that your street hasn’t been fixed by the Department of Transportation yet. So why not let them know which ones are the worst by filling out a form online through 311?

Neighbor Noa pointed to the page on Twitter, and noted that she’d lodged a complaint about East 21st Street. I entered one for Rugby from Caton to Dorchester–though Church to Beverley is okay, the rest is a nightmare. Feel free to report those streets again, or suggest other ones that need work.

Maybe it’s like the dead trees, and, as one reader said, it takes several repetitive complaints for something to get done, so if you know a street that needs resurfacing, just keep filling out the form every once in a while.
