Looks like 497 6th Avenue, most recently occupied by Red Horse Cafe (miss you, Red Horse), is officially on the market.
Currently configured as a 700 square foot/25 seat cafe, the property is listed at $4,000 a month, according to a posting on Craigslist, and is “available for most retail uses including food uses that don’t require venting for cooking.”
The space also features a working fireplace, and a 1,000 square foot basement.
